Payment for Onsite Courses
Unless otherwise stipulated by SystML, fees are payable 20 working days before course commencement. Instructor living expenses and travel, where applicable, will be invoiced later. Payment methods are: cash, company cheque or bank transfer. Alternatively, customers with a valid credit account will be invoiced on receipt of a purchase order. Our terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax.
Booking and Payment of Scheduled Courses

Invoices will only be sent to the candidate once the decision is made to run a course. Payments must be made 20 days before the course commencement. Candidates expressing an interest in a course will be considered as registered only once the full payment for the course has been received.
Cancellation Charges for On-Site courses
0-10 working days notice - 100% of the course date.
11-15 working days notice - 50% of the course date.
Delegates may be substituted at any time prior to course start at no charge.
Prerequisites
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the delegates meet the published prerequisites and bookings are accepted on this condition. SystML will not refund costs for delegates who do not meet the stated prerequisites. If in doubt, please contact us.
Equipment & Logistics for Onsite Training
The customer is responsible for the provision of:
- A suitable training room
- Power outlets
- Suitable workspace for each student - table/desk and chairs
- Delegate refreshments
- Whiteboard and flipchart
If the customer supplies hardware, this should adhere to the following guidelines:
- Workstation/PC, keyboard, mouse, and screen suitable for the particular course. We will advise minimum requirements to run the course.
- Ethernet cable and hub/switch (depending on course)
- Power cables
Materials
All materials supplied remain the copyright of their respective authors, and no reproduction, electronic storage or retrieval may be made without prior written agreement. Materials are supplied "as is" with no implied or expressed warranty.
Liability
SystML's total liability arising in any way from any service delivered shall not exceed the total amount paid or payable by the customer for such service. SystML will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
